All products sold at Transpachawaii are digital downloads. We do not ship physical items, and no shipping fees apply.

How delivery works:
  • As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are available for instant download on the order confirmation page, and a download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
  • In most cases, delivery takes only a few minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
  • If you do not receive your download email, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at supportshop@transpachawaii.online with your order number.

Your files: Please download and save a backup copy of your purchases to your own device. If you lose access to your files, contact us and we will be happy to help you regain access.
