📄 Return and Refund Policy

At Transpachawaii, all of our products are digital downloads (PDF sewing patterns, eBooks, bundles, design files, licenses, and other downloadable content). Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final after the files have been accessed or downloaded.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. We will always help you in the following situations:

1. Defective or corrupted files. If your download is damaged, incomplete, or will not open, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will provide a working replacement file free of charge.

2. Wrong item received. If you receive a file different from the one you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will send you the correct product.

3. Duplicate purchases. If you are accidentally charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Refund requests (where applicable) must be sent to supportshop@transpachawaii.online and include your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No physical return shipping is ever required, as all products are delivered electronically.
